I booked online and was sent an email about contactless check in, but when I downloaded the app it couldn’t find my reservation. When I arrived, I gave the same info to the lady at the counter and was able to check right in. While at the counter I requested room service for the following day, but I never received it. The following day I went to the front counter and asked for small face towels and large body towels. I was told that there was a 2 towel limit for the room although there were 2 adults and 3 small children. I explained to the lady that we had just come from the pool. She eventually gave in and provided towels, but didn’t seem to happy about it. Then when we got to the room I noticed that she forgot the small wash towels and had to go back downstairs to the lobby. The room was very muggy. Almost as if the room was sweating. The thermostat didn’t match the temperature in the room. I had lowered it to 60 and left it on throughout the day only to still be uncomfortable in the night. It was stuffy. 3 out of 5 people in the party had stuffy noses like the air quality was off. Elevators are extremely hot. No microwaves. Cigarette buds were on the outside of the pool, but other than that it was ok. Showers and bathrooms were nice. Shower was great actually. Great location.

IF I COULD RATE IT NO STARS I WOULD. This hotel is pure trash. Starting from front desk. Two African Americans ladies that work there have the rudest, most disrespectful attitude for no exact reason. Rolling eyes because we needed an additional towel because we spilled a drink on the floor and as good people we are and just the most logical thing to do, we wanted to clean it up before anyone could slip and fall or have an accident. Then went from “I think were low on towels to we don’t have any towels” in the same conversation, without even checking a thing. They were very unprofessional when asking for what we needed, and has a smirky attitude with everything. The housekeeping and custodians are a 10/10, very professional, nice and awesome. I would rate them 5/5.

Was very disappointed. We paid for an upgrade to the Executive floor which came with nothing advertised. I think this is called False Advertising. We were not told the lounge had been closed for over 2 years. We were not even greeted as Hilton members. The front desk staff just seem to be hanging out. The rooms were the tiniest ever for this class. I have a closer in a guest room larger than this bathroom. Cheap and poor design. It was clean and that was the best thing I can say about our experience.

My church had an an event here and right from the time of the booking, they were attentive to our needs to ensure that our program was successful. I do really appreciate the hotel staff especially Ms Linda and Mr Tommy. Mr Tommy and his team were exceptionally helpful in getting the hall set up for us and providing all the extra stuff we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you all…surely gonna be back!

The hotel shuttle goes anywhere in a 5mi radius. Not sure if that encompass the airport
There's Prarie Creek Park which a nice place for a walk for both human and canine. :-)
