Service was horrible. I asked the attendant the difference between the $20 and the $13 and all she could tell me was they hand dry with the $13 wash. Once I was done going through the drive thru wash I couldn’t find parking for the drying. There were cones in 4 spots and all the other spots were taken. So I waited and no one cared to help. I even asked someone where I should park and they ignore me. Once I finally found a spot I asked if it was okay because it was next to a spot with a cone and I didn’t know if those spots were supposed to be reserved. A lady just nodded yes. They dried my car but they were supposed get the bugs off too. That definitely didn’t happen. Once he was done. I asked to use their spray to get the bugs off. When I was done doing that a man in a blue shirt came up and looked at the receipt hanging in my windshield and walked away. I asked if something was wrong. He just said no and walked away. Very odd. No one seemed to be friendly or helpful. Very disappointing

Good place that can be a bit confusing if it's your first time. If it's your first time you must pay close attention to the employees and their arm motions specifically. If there's nobody there to guide you simply go to the front of the wash and wait until somebody gets there and waves you in. After the wash take a left and pull in to a vacuum station. Do not just pull into an empty one. An employee will wave you into one. I got a full detail. The cost is not bad at all and they did a good job cleaning and detailing with no damage or scratches. For my SUV it took just about 75 minutes on a very busy day. Recommended place.

Great place to wash your car at, very quick but not in a bad way. They clean every inch of your car(depending on what you pay for) and very friendly waiting areas. Just wish they had somewhere a little more silent to wait outside but the inside waiting area is perfect

Got the $13 bug wash removal but still came out the same. No wipes were provided. Cost $5 for them. Bring your own or go somewhere else because your car will be wet still and the guy who help wiped down did a sloppy job. Not worth it
