DO NOT GO THERE nor place orders online. This place is nasty and not reliable at all. I placed an online order, and everything was wrong; it was a different order, so obviously, there were missing items. I called the store, but the line was busy; if there are any issues with your order, you better be ready to go to the location. Going there is as bad as their services. The place smells horrible!!! The soda machines are nasty. No one inside the store wore a hair net. There was this guy with a huge afro, hair all loose, handling the orders; the manager was the same. She was wearing a ponytail with hair loss—no coming back.

Was told to wait in front for food after going through drive through. Waited 20 minutes and went around again to be told they were just starting to make it and to pull back up to the front. After another 10 minutes I had to go inside to be told I’ve again they were getting it ready now. Nearly 45 minute wait to get the food.

Okay so I will be completely honest. This location has received a complete overhaul, that was very much so needed. I have not been inside since then. But I will say the piece of chicken I bought for a quick snack the other day, was by far the best piece of Kentucky Fried Chicken I have had since the Carolina Tenders ( please bring these back they are the best thing i have ever got from Kentucky and miss them so. But the mashed potato bowl needs some work. The potatoes were so thick they choked me, gravy gravy, cheese, butter, something. Thanks for that chicken leg though. I need some Carolina Tenders please!🙂🌈

Management/owners are complete aholes and their ineptitude is outstanding. They put a very passive aggressive sign up stating they are hiring, in reality, management is showing how moronic they are and how no one should work at this KFC. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs a huge reality check.
