Yes, park is open. Camping sites are only with reservations. Visitor center is close., the store at lodgepole is the only one open for cold food n drink, lodgepole gift shop have more variety. The gift shop at the Giant tree museum has not much on souvenirs. The cristal cave is close. Grill are closed. If you bring your food from outside you can find the picnic areas to enjoy nature! Mask is required and social distance. Most hiking trails are open.
The park is open. Wear a mask. A couple snack bars are open for take out or outdoor eating. Visitor centers are closed, but park rangers are outside to assist with questions. Road between Sequoia and Kings Canyon has 2 areas of construction going on. Expect delays. Gift shops are open. Kids can get Jr. Ranger booklet and badge.

Sight seeing is open, and so are about half the campgrounds. You have to wear a mask. If you're gonna stay overnight, you have to book the campsight in advance. Entry is $35 per car, and they want you to pay with a card.
