I went 2 weeks ago and Park was open for visitors. Trials were open, but not the camping areas. Good luck!
Ya I think it's $35
Yes Sequoia National Park is open. But if your intending on also visiting Yosemite while your in the area keep in mind that you need to have a reservation even if you have an annual pass or interagency pass you must still acquire a reservation for the days you plan to visit. Either buy purchasing it a month in advance or by being lucky enough to obtain one of the 20 day reservations release 48 hours prior. Note if you already have an annual/interagency passs that you will only be paying a $2 reservation fee.
The parks are open, with limited services and facilities. Reservations are not needed to enter, but are required for camping and wilderness permits, and highly encouraged for lodging. Markets and to-go food are available in some areas.
Yes for an entrance fee.
