My 4g works on my phone and I have unlimited data. When I turn on my hotspot my tablet connects to it but it doesnt let my use the internet. Its weird just shows that it conmects but doesnt distribute the 4g internet.
Do you mean your phone can connect to the hotspot and Get service? But nothing else can? No laptops, tablets? If that's the case it could be your hotspot only allowing a limited number of devices to be connected to it. Or your phone could be lying to you saying it's getting service from the hotspot but it's really using its own 4g. Or you could have simply ran out of data for your hotspot to use. In any case, take it into the store and have them look at it.
Might have used your 15 gigs. After that it's not easy
