Honestly these guys really helped. After the Bend verizons screwing everything up we came in here and they fixed everything about an hour it took. I appreciate their help. They were friendly. Honestly I was going to go back to consumer cellular but I chose not to because of how great these guys were. So thank you.

If you have insurance on your device through Verizon Wireless and depending on the extent of the damage you do have to pay a deductible it is best for you to call Verizon Wireless and have them pull up your account and see what they say if you are on able to call Verizon Wireless on your damaged device then it is best you get a family member's phone or a friend's phone to call Verizon Wireless Verizon themselves do not fix any phones they're more likely send it off to the people who manufactured it in order for it to be repaired I hope this helps
My 4g works on my phone and I have unlimited data. When I turn on my hotspot my tablet connects to it but it doesnt let my use the internet. Its weird just shows that it conmects but doesnt distribute the 4g internet.
What do you mean by "not working?" If you provide a more detailed symptom i might be able to narrow it down, instead of providing random answers. Thanks
I just had the same type of problem, turns out it was Verizon that caused all of the issues. They were making unauthorized changes and settings on our account. Customer serviced blamed the store employees and vice versa. It took over 3 hours with the store manager on the phone with customer service to get it working, and they still were not sure how it was fixed.
