I want to give a big thank you to Kyle! He went above and beyond to help a person in need and go out of his way to get the propane. Thank you so much it meant a lot! This guy deserves a raise what an amazing employee! Not the first time that I've heard he's gone out of his way to help somebody. I think that these attributes are extremely impressive and very rare thank you again Kyle you're amazing

Great place, friendly folks, and almost always best price on propane in town by just pennies. 4 stars because the last few times i'm in there they give conflicting info on when my propane tanks expire, that I should buy new, also I usually have to wait around a lot here, which is ok, but inconvenient (10-15 mins for a bottle fill?) not a big deal just be aware. Also be aware they have a min credit card charge. I was not told, filled a 20lb tank and had to pay an additional charge, forget how much. I will still go back, but every time I go there's something odd or not super smooth to the process. Fill my tank and let me pay...

This is by far the best place in Central Oregon to get propane. It’s the most affordable, easy access off of Highway 97, (don’t be a lame and attempt to turn left onto a 4 lane highway in the middle of the day & you’ll have no problem getting in or out, just sayin;) The customer service is excellent and the main guy Jody that fills the tanks is super friendly. The main lady inside, her name is slipping my mind, shorter hair and a beautiful gray color (the same gray a lot of Gen Z’s are intentionally dying their hair;) is also super friendly and she’s quite funny too! Overall, the is place is easy to rate a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! And yes they close for lunch for an hour and it’s posted on the pump, the doors going inside etc. and I would imagine if they close 5 minutes early it’s because they FINALLY got a break between customers and can leave for lunch. These guys stand outside in all kinds of crazy weather from snow and ice, below zero temps, windstorms, and sweltering hot summer temps just to give us the best customer service they can. REMEMBER TO TIP THOSE WHO SERVE YOU!

Don’t count on getting propane 5 min before 1 before they go on lunch break.

What is the max BTUs that a typical service hook up is capable of ?..........John

CoEnergy Propane | Sep 14, 2021

Hi John, I spoke with our Operations Manager and a typical house installation can be set up many different ways. In order to know the capacity and application you will need, we first need to know what size the interior piping is. The size of the interior piping determines the max BTU needed to accommodate the appliances you have or will have plumbed to it. If you do not have the interior piping installed yet, you will need to size the interior piping to accommodate the appliances you want installed. There are multiple tank and regulator sizes that can be used. CoEnergy can supply enough BTU’s to meet any of your household needs and or commercial applications, starting from a cook top and adding from there. I recommend a free site visit at your location to determine exactly what your needs are. Please feel free to contact us, with additional questions and/or if you wish to schedule a site visit to discuss your project. (541) 504-9444

Do you deliver to an RV that has a 30 gal. tank that is right at empty ?

CoEnergy Propane | Sep 14, 2021

Hi Larry, We don't deliver to RV's. The Propane delivery trucks are not designed to pump to small tanks which require a low flow. We are happy to fill your RV/tanks if you are able to come into our Redmond store. Thank you and we look forward to serving you.

I have a filled tank of propane and pd for. Will I be re-inbursed for what I don't use?

CoEnergy Propane | Sep 15, 2018

Debbie, We sell appliances such as cook stoves & furnaces. Due to the large variety regarding furnaces we do not have them in stock but can order them. The line for cook stoves is Unique off grid. If our supplier in Portland has them in stock we can generally have them in store for pick up within 72 hrs. We currently do not carry gas dryers. Come by our showroom and chat with some of our friendly staff, we would be happy to discuss options and pricing for your needs.
