Stacey is an absolute delight! I found her for cuts, color, and Loma products after struggling to find someone I trusted when I moved from Portland (I had very high standards!) She's a master of balayage and always welcomes feedback. The first tome she colored my hair, I told her I was unhappy with a thick strand of highlighting and she fit me in right away to fix it! I left 100% satisfied with my look. 10/10 recommend her and the 9 Salon for anyone in Redmond.
