A nightmare !! We rented a car to go to the Sequoia National Park. The car broke down because there is no oil on the motor. Nothing help from the emergency number, we had to put 3 bottle of oil and drive again with the car to go to Fresno Airport for switch with an other one.

I reserved a cargo van for a storage move, received a confirmation the night before. Arrived to pick it up and was told that they have no van. I had to ask them to call other offices to locate one as I had lined up movers on the other end and had to be out of my storage unit that weekend. Nothing. Not only that, they deducted my points that I applied for the rental. I have called and written to customer service twice asking to discuss the situation, no one has called back. I have used Enterprise for over 20 years and the last year has been the worst service I have ever received. They used to at least call you back. It's been two weeks since the incident and still no one has called back to discuss the poor service, and the fact that I incurred considerable costs because they did not provide the promised vehicle. Be wary of Enterprise, they do "fake" customer service, seemingly very friendly and accommodating but actually shoddy. In my previous rental with them the oil light went on, I stopped driving it that weekend, took it back on Monday and was told "oh that just happens sometimes, ignore it." What? You want to drive with the oil maintenance light on? Something is wrong here. THEY RESPONDED WITH THIS AUTOMATICALLY MESSAGE TO SUBMIT YET ANOTHER REPORT OF THE PROBLEM WHEN I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED TWO. ANOTHER PROOF OF HOW DISCONNECTED AND UNCARING ENTERPRISE HAS BECOME.
