The park manages a few accommodations. Buckeye Tree is a nice place, at 1300 ft. The General Sherman tree is at 7,000 ft of elevation, the winding mountain road, General highway leads to the Giant Forest. Buckeye Tree, Gateway Hotel, Sequoia Village Inn are the last few lodgings before you drive towards the Giant Forest.
