Some are. The General Sherman Tree and some of the Congress Trail would be stroller friendly. Also the Crescent Meadow trail to Tharp's Log would be.

General Grant tree, Raging Falls, Giant Forest, Lodgepole, Grant Grove goid for strollers. Mist hiking is dirt. You would have to be more specific about which trail/attraction you were interested in.
