If there is two adults and their is a child and they are watching a rated R movie can the child enter

Depends on the age of the child. But generally if the child is with a parent yes.

"R" rated feature attendees must be at least 17 years of age with valid IDs, or have parent accompaniment to view the movie. IDs are checked at the theatre. Children 9 and under are not allowed to attend Rated R features after 9:00 PM.
