Had an appointment for a oil change at 10am last Wednesday. It wasn't finished until 12:15pm. I understand that they inspect the vehicle, but 2 hours is too long. I will probably take it to a jiffy lube type place next time for a oil change

The day before my visit to the dealership I was able to negotiate most of the details of the purchase with the sales team via email. Then when I was at the dealership the next morning the sales and finance team were extremely fast and professional. In just under two hours I was driving away with my new truck! With the state of today's car buying market, consumers should do a lot of research, be aware of their credit/buying power and take advantage of the ability to negotiate a deal online before arriving at the dealership.
