Top notch! A&E Factory Service has consistently been top notch. Their technicians have 100% knock out record fixing my appliances, for over the past 26 years. In fact, when I bought my last washing machine 8 years ago, an LG, I requested if I can have A&E Factory Service as the repair company to fix it, should I have any problems. The salesman said yes, so I bought the machine. Otherwise, I would not have bought it! They're that good.
