Service went downhill bigtime. Today, on 02/13/2022, it was my 3rd visit to this service center to get my 2021 Prius Prime serviced, up until today I have had good experience at this location. But today, their staff and apparently "new policies " from the owner, as per their staff, made sure that I must look for another service center even though I live 5 min away from this location. My last free service was due at 25K, I arrived with 28K miles and was told by advisor Jose Rocha that they will not honor my last free service because of my miles. They wanted to charge me, luckily I already purchased extended service plan. Jose Rocha was not friendly at all and kept asking me what am I here for, usually other advisors always recommend what kind of service I should get based on my car's service history. He told me it's going to take long time today because they're doing a big service. I usually stay in the lobby, but I went home, after 2 hours I got a call, my car's ready to be picked up. When I got to the service center, Jose Rocha was outside, he saw me and ignored. Then another female advisor came and asked me if I have been helped? I told her I am here to pick up my car and if they can wash my car. My car was right there, dirty. They always wash my car, all other service centers do. She said they will only wash it if I agree to get Salinas Toyota license plate cover on my car, upon asking why is that since they always washed it in the past? She said, it's a new policy from the owner. Other advisors always go over my car before handing off keys and recommend any upcoming expenses or if anything needs attention, today, no one cared. They just wanted me to sign and go away. I am really shocked to see how a service center with amazing customer service went to being the one with one of the worst. I don't want to advertise your business on my car. Really unhappy with customer service, only if I could zero stars. See attached photos.

I could not tell you but I can suggest you with an acquaintance who can give you more information about your doubts or questions.
If you have to talk to get the Appointment, the good thing is that they attend on the fly and they also work on Sundays.
Please call service department
It may come back dirtier from them if you take it there.
