Maya Cinema is on Main Street, that's where the entrance is. There's a public parking garage just up the street and public parking lots on Monterey Street and Salinas Street.
The big doors next the box office. You can park in the parking structure behind the theater and they will validate your ticket for you at the door.

There is a little street parking. The entrance is off main street. The hard part is finding parking
