Well unfortunately your asking the wrong person i know the usual have places for sale not sure what lot rent is now i paid upfront for two years and it was $550 at that time you can have two animals but there's a $10 dollar fee each month for each animal. Its a any age park hope this helps you to some extent but you'll have to contact the office for more info.

Our dog fee is $25/mo. Seems like its subjective to how they feel at the time. Its a clean place. All ages, they are Nazi's about their rules, and don't seem to care about your problems.
Yes Candy handles sales there... it's not an elderly park all ages live there... Cats are allowed .. with a deposit
