Made an appointment for 11am with Andy and went in by 11:03 he was busy doing a full set of color on nails and I still had not been seen by 11:30. I decided to leave because how do you make an appointment with someone show up and their taking care of someone else. That's just down right rude why say you can take appointments if that's the case. I would put zero starts for how they don't care about their clients but no option. I will not be going there again.

It has not been a week since my friend and I went in and had our nails filled and painted. Then one day my friend popped off one nail and 5 days later I popped off a nail. This is not good i have never experienced this before in the years of my artificial nails . I am not pleased.
