We pay about $660 a month. That is lot rent, water and trash. We started about 150 less but it's been raised every year for the past 4 years.
The lot rent will vary depending on what lot you get. It is from $575 up to $675. If you buy from a private seller you will still need to apply to be a cave creek resident along with wherever you get your mortgage. If you purchase thru stun communities/ cave creek they can find financing for you. Your lot rent + garbage + water is all paid to cave creek. Your mortgage and electric and gas are all independent charges.
