I believe the CNY SPCA has a low cost spay and neuter program they open at 10 am if you want to give them a call . Look up SANS also and contact them. Hope this helps & thank you for being a responsible pet parent and getting your dog spayed. There are to many dogs dumped because of irresponsible people.
