Such a discrace...especially when I was born here....made a guy wait over 11 hours and counting with an IV in his arm that the hospital forgot to remove....don't go here. I also never received the help I need in horrible pain!

We was there for almost 12 hours just in the waiting room and other people has been waiting for almost 20! What wrong with this?

The only area that has strict visiting hours is maternity. Everywhere else they are usually only restricted based on the patient or roommate.
There's a patient parking on the right at the emergency entrance. It's free and you can park as long as there's free spots available which most likely there is every time.
No, there hasn't been a valet service since pre covid.
The main entrance off Prospect, it is a one way Street with a turn out by the main entrance.

I work at the Jefferson Clinton and we have a rate for hospital visit. It's a short drive to the hospital
Wheelchairs were not available whatsoever ever when I was there. Must have all been in use? After waiting almost an hour I walked to my designated driver. Other than that, excellent experience at St. Joe's as always. My choice of hospitals for many many years.
