Horrible I love captain d's but this place literally had us in the drive-through for 47 minutes and then when we got our food expecting it to be really fresh seen as the wairt was so extreme...but instead we got warmed up stale dried up old sitting aroungd food terrible terrible I never will go back to this one again

I have always been a great fan of Captain D's. The Deansbridge Road location gives horrible service. Staff repeatedly has shown a bad attitude. Bathroom is always blocked off. I assume they have cleaned it early and don't want anyone in it.

Did an online order through Captain D’s, not a third party site, and still had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food. I arrived on time, they instructed me to pull up, and no one ever brought my food to me. I went inside after waiting 20 minutes, and my food was just sitting on the counter. No one even attempted to bring it out to me, and my food was not hot. The young ladies at the counter did not even attempt to be apologetic, but instead laughed and said have a nice night. Yeah, I would have had a nice night if my food wasn’t cold and was delivered to me on time. What’s the purpose of ordering ahead when you still have to wait an extra 20 minutes? Update: Just opened my food and didn’t receive 6 of my shrimp, when I ordered a 2 piece and 6 shrimp meal.

It's because they cook the gourd food fresh to order. 🤗 It is certainly worth the wait.

I guess nothing has gotten better. I went there a few months ago & it was horrible! There was a roomful of people with no food yet.
It took me 5 minutes to order. Even though the manager was standing 3 feet from me. Took another 10 minutes to get 2 pieces of fish and fries. I was the only customer there.
Captain D's on Deans Bridge Road is slow, but at least my food order was correct and hot the last time I was there. I went to the one on Gordon Highway the other day and had a long wait that was shorter than when I was at the Deans Bridge Road store, but they got my order wrong. The lady working the drive through was cutting me off as I was giving her my order as if she knew what I was going to say, and made me feel like she was in a hurry to not listen. It'll be awhile before I go back to that one again!
