Captain D's on Deans Bridge Road is slow, but at least my food order was correct and hot the last time I was there. I went to the one on Gordon Highway the other day and had a long wait that was shorter than when I was at the Deans Bridge Road store, but they got my order wrong. The lady working the drive through was cutting me off as I was giving her my order as if she knew what I was going to say, and made me feel like she was in a hurry to not listen. It'll be awhile before I go back to that one again!
No Captain D's don't deliver. This Captain D's sucks at customer service and they have you wait too long for your food. The fish looks like fish sticks, they burnt my okra and jalapeno poppers and sold me rubbery tasting crab cakes. I called the manager and the district manager and neither of them returned my calls or took any action for the horrible customer service i received. I'm just telling you if you want a good Capt Ds got to the one on Gordon Hwy. They give excellent customer service and fresh food everytime I go. I'm just saying.
