Literally the worst place to be. My father went there for chest pain, 7 to 8 hours later he was not seen. What kind of emergency room is that. I tried to speak to someone over the phone, and no one wanted to speak with me. Can hear one if the staff when he tried to ask for help saying I’m not a nurse and kept moving.

Don't recommend, waited over 7 and a half hours with a head/spine injury to not be seen. Suing if I die tonight.

Do not take your child here! They discharged our 3 week old with covid and a fever! We had to call an ambulance an hour after getting him home. This time we insisted on Strong. Strong has kept him for 2 days and he is now fever free and doing well. Let me add that the staff was rude and uncaring !

I have been in the emergency room for 12 hour watching people who I came in hours before go ahead. One after another after another when I ask upstate why they are going ahead of me they said there issue are bigger then mine. I was lucky enough to ask two people who went a head of me what was wrong one was a sprain ankle the other just had stomach pains. 12 hour wait for the emergency room. Upstate hospital doesn't care about black people.
