My package has arrived at Edgerton Post office Dec. 14, 2020. The package hasn't left your Post Office yet. It would be nice if you could explain why and when I should be getting my package? Already called for a case # and still no response!!!!

Your package is not at this office. They built a sorting facility out here in Edgerton. There is no number to the sorting facility either. Talk to the Kansas City plants, since the sorting facility is an annex of the KC Plants. No packages but EDGERTON KANSAS packages arrive at this office.

Same problem. Ohio to Iowa. 5 days in I assume lovely Edgerton, Ks. Frequent Flyer Miles are doubled.

My package (from outside Philadelphia to Philadelphia - 28 miles) has somehow arrived in Edgerton, KS, where it is sitting. I love the post office, but since a certain President ordered his Postmaster General to screw up the mail system I have been having nothing but problems with packages.
