Poor service,, most of waiting time is more than two hrs,,need big impprovement in box liftup area, idk why the management team not seeing the bad reviews, this place is worsted from last 2 years🥺🥺

If you want to be treated like your a bother to them go there if you want to be yelled at cussed at and no help at all go there they are the most unhelpful hateful people you can deal with.ITS otherwise know as idiot training services are the worst the will hook a chassis and not hook airlines up and cause flat spots on tires which you get blamed & charged for. Average time there to get a box on …… if your out in a hour it’s a miracle. But with all this being said we have no choice but to go there and they know it so the don’t care about us truckers their customers I just hope they take their wife out to dinner and get treated half as bad as they treat us and see if they like it and go back but again we have to we don’t have a choice
