Always very nice and helpful! Shopping online is fine but nothing beats going into the store. One, there is different variety so you may find what you see online plus stuff you don't and two, you have the experience to actually try on in person and can instantly know if the size and everything is what you need. This store is in a great location and is always busy when we pass by.

I ordered stuff to take care of my Docs thru the official Dr Marten website almost 2 months ago. Today I’m still waiting for what I ordered even though the money was taken from my account almost a month ago! Customer service lacks! Can’t get an honest response from anyone! Doesn’t sit well with me! I don’t care about some investigation you’re doing regarding USPS, I’m the paying customer you should be fulfilling my lost order asap and communicating! Nothing! I’ll personally never risk ordering from the “Official Website” again! There’s nothing official or professional about it! Makes me think differently about the Dr Martens I so love!

Great selection of boots and shoes. The store feels smaller in size than Santa Monica one but it is well organized. Shoes on displays grab your attention. We are glad that our favorite boot store is opened in OC. Surely we will drop big money here
