Appointment was 3:30pm, arrive 1:50pm. Security check in was 20min, didn't get paperwork until till 6:12pm. You have to drop trailer and bobtail to the nearest truckstop and wait....

The worst place to load or unload in all of the United States, there is no parking on site, you can't even stay there, you have to leave the trailer and leave the place until they call you, my trailer was there for 11 hours and do not pay detention.

Keep trying. May be busy. I called and got an answer. They are very nice people
No overnight parking. Truck stop near by though. Check in a cpl hrs early.
I35 exit 205. From south go left onto Homestead. Go straight to T intersection at light. Turn right onto 191st St. Turn left at light onto Waverly Rd. Go over bridge. Turn left into property. Don't go past the property on Waverly Rd. It is off limits for trucks.
