Beautiful winery! Delicious healthy food! Amazing variety of wine! Calm serene atmosphere! Very attentive staff (Estephanie) was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to make recommendations to our liking and it was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend this winery. You won’t be disappointed!

Was pretty bummed that tours don’t seem very accessible and the hours during the week seem difficult to make. The food menu is pretty basic and oddly there’s no vegan options so definitely a big downside. The wine flight however was a big crowd pleaser. Thankfully their reds are indeed vegan. Most employees seem really young and concerned about socializing with co-workers or being on their phones. The property is beautiful and I wish we could have seen more of it.

I used to love coming here but after today never again. Let me say Daniella......AMAZING!! Thank you for being so sweet and kind. So we came to Thornton and was extremely happy to be coming here. We had a group of 22 with 2 members included. We asked to be seated but initially the servers said our group was too large and we didn't have reservations, so they couldn't seat us even though there were obviously open seats. However Daniella made arrangements and was able to accommodate us with a seat outside which was fine. Once we were seated the service went down hill from there. The food took forever to come and it was cold. We had a few cancel their order because it took so long. We also asked if we could use the outdoor heaters and was told they didn't work but saw them using those same heaters for other people. Not only that they began to close off the outdoor section so they could turn on the outdoor heaters, but our group was excluded, without explanation or even asking if they could move us inside to the many empty chairs that were available. We asked the server Scott about being closed off but his explanation was that the tables were reserved but we never saw anyone get seated there. We asked for our checks and realized that the 2 members who had courtesy flights were charged gratuity for the flights. Scott stated "this was standard for a large group" even though that was not explained when we sat down. So disappointed in this winery and the service. Will not be recommending this place and will never be back.

This was our first time at Thornton Winery and the restaurant. We had a very relaxing lunch, celebrating our 10 yr wedding anniversary. The food was Incredible and service was very pleasant! I had A Kiss of Chocolate wine and I loved it so much that my husband bought me a bottle to take home. We will definitely be returning.

Dress for comfort, men and women dress as if they were going to the beach..some dress as if they are going to an inside venue..no one cares as long as you are enjoying the entertainment..
21 & over for wine...plenty of room outdoor patio restaurant for everyone to enjoy.
Not that I know of... Suggest you call them...
Yes. Both inside and outside. But, make reservations, and make them way ahead of time. 1 month would not be out of the question.
I had a 30 minute drive but it didn't seem long at all. The scenery of rolling hills was very pleasant.
No. Live music is scheduled ahead of time. Please visit their website for more details.
No
Don't know for sure.
Yes. Or, at least I've seen dogs in the patio area numerous times.
I don't know about Thorton, but I wouldn't get my hopes up, Lorimar canceled their events. Also there seems to be a ban on crowds over 50 people and wine tasting is also not allowed, although I heard many are available for pickup or shipping.
I feel like I was able to do it in January of this year. Maybe call and see if they'll honor their website coupon since they still have it up.
You need to check their website or call them
Different prices depending on which tour you choose. Calling ahead of time is best.
I would call and ask. Either that, or open then and your nose and taste buds will tell you.
Sign up for their wine club.👍🏼 There are different levels. Pick what is best for you! 😊
Yes. In the summer, every weekend . You can check out the Event Schedule on their website.
Either online or just make the request by calling or speaking with the wine club manager.
They ship anywhere but your state may have restrictions on alcohol by mail...
I'm quite sure the restaurant does, but you'll have to call for the hours
Yes, I've seen medium dogs on leases on outside patio.
Yes they serve lunch brunch and dinner. The wine tasting cost are very reasonable but vary depending on the wines or Champagnes that you choose to taste. You can view their menu online or you can give them a call and I'm sure they would be glad to let you know
I'm pretty confident the family only owns ones with the one in Temecula. They may own acreage elsewhere to grow grapes, but I don't think they own another Winery. If you haven't visited this one you should give it a try. Beautiful view great wines and champagne and a wonderful restaurant
Brian Culberson Sep 30. They have a calender with the list of artists schedule to perform weekly on their website. Enjoy.
