Beautifully intimate location. The Sunday service we received was superb from all of the staff we encountered! I had the duck with gnocchi, which was not only beautifully presented, but tasted wonderful. My counterpart had shrimp and grits, but seemed the grits were drowned a bit much for my liking. Now the creme brulee was delicious! The grounds were immaculate. Howvever, on a less fab note paved parking was almost non-existant, thus not the most ideal. So be advised your shoes and car will get dusty. You can drop your party off at the front. Oh and watch out for the snakes🐍 when it's warm out.

Great selection of wines and wine tasting experience at Leoness Cellars along with the live band and sunshine was definitely not a bad way to start the weekend! I was disappointed with the Restaurant though, the vegetarian medley entree on the menu was simply a plate of succotash devoid of flavor or appeal. For such a great location, great wines and delicious truffle fries, I think this place could do better with their vegetarian options.

This winery is crowded with lots of energy. Beautiful grounds and views with many outdoor seating options. There is no table service for wine tasting but it did not take too long to get your tastings from the bar area. The staff was very helpful in all areas. There were some decent red wines that I enjoyed. The restaurant was incredible! Upscale yet comfortable atmosphere. Delicious Chilean sea bass and pistachio crusted salmon. The side items that came with these dishes were full of flavor and scrumptious. Highly recommend the restaurant!

The setting of the restaurant is one of the best in the Temecula Wine Country. The food was good and cooked perfectly but the overall experience didn't match our expectations. The corn in the Salmon Escabeche was plain but was described as a elote? The Mushroom entree, albeit delicious, was the portion of an appetizer. Ultimately the service was the biggest disappointment. I wouldn't have a problem with the food description or the small entree portion and high prices, if the service was elevated. Our appetizer plates were left on the table the entire meal, our waiter rarely checked on us, and we left underwhelmed.

There aren't a lot of hotels in wine country, but South Coast is a nice resort. Ponte, nearby, is also a place to consider. If you want to stay closer to town, the Embassy Suites would be my choice.
Closes at 5p
Hi Dennis! I’m sorry but we will not be open on 9/16. The Restaurant at Leoness is open Thursday-Sunday only.
Hi Ed! Cami is correct, the member’s terrace is open 7 days a week. Please call 951.302.7601 ex 1 to speak with one of our staff members for more details or to book a reservation.
Unfortunately, our terraces are closed today due to the rain but the tasting room and restaurant are operating regular business hours.
Yes they do. Make sure you book well in advance though
Kids are welcomed but nothing for them to do. Remember, it is a wine vineyard.
Sure, and if you like the Dark chocolate Truffettes they give as samples - currently are being sold at Costco for 1/4 the price.
