The staff at the post office in Edgerton has always been the epitome of kindness and helpfulness every time I've had interactions with them! They've been especially helpful when a package was misdelivered to the intermodal, or when a package was stuck in a hub at the intermodal. The ladies there do so much for the community in how they look out for the citizens. I love knowing I will always be smiling when I leave the office.

This is one my favorite small town post offices in eastern Kansas. They do a remarkable job of staying on top of things given the size of the place and their proximity to the big new intermodal that was built just up the road.

Your package is not at this office. They built a sorting facility out here in Edgerton. There is no number to the sorting facility either. Talk to the Kansas City plants, since the sorting facility is an annex of the KC Plants. No packages but EDGERTON KANSAS packages arrive at this office.

Kansas City built a sorting facility out at the Intermodal where the packages are sorted though. That sorting facility has NOTHING to do with this office. It is part of the Kansas City Plant.
The Edgerton Post Office is a small local post office that doesn't handle packages passing through. Its very likely your package is at the Annex facility out by the Intermodal. I would suggest talking to your local office and asking them to send an email to the sorting facility or filing a report on the USPS.com website.

Nothing is happening at the Edgerton Post Office, since it's a small post office. There was a plant that was made at the Intermodal in Edgerton. The only packages that go to this office are packages for EDGERTON KANSAS.
None of us who answer Google Maps questions can do anything to help. We're not PO employees. And since all of the package services are basically swamped.... Don't bank on the tracking info being correct. It'll either get there before the 25th or it won't, no matter how much we pester the PO employees (tried that a couple of weeks ago lol)
It's not actually at the Edgerton post office. If you'd take a gander at my answer to 2 other people's questions, you'd see that I, too, had a package in Edgerton for like 5 days. When I asked the actual post office worker about it, she said that's the sorting center, not the post office. Our mail is distributed out of the Gardner PO, not the Edgerton PO. It's weird but ok.
I had the same issue, and no. It's not at the actual post office. Apparently there's a sorting facility it goes to and Edgerton, then it goes to Gardner for distribution. Are mail trucks come from Gardner, not the Edgerton post office.
