Why is the package I sent still at the Edgerton post office since the 28th and not on it's way to Topeka?

I have the same issue right now... Edit: I got mine finally, week late on 3 day shipping.

I have an open case regarding a package I was supposed to have by the 12th of December, it hasn't been seen since then. The package arrived at edgerton on the 12th . But I also have one at KCKS as well, same issue. This has cost me about 1800 dollars as a result of the postal system in Kansas. And I won't be reimbursed for my losses.

You package was never at this office. There is a sorting facility that was built out in Edgerton that it was sent too. Packages for EDGERTON KANSAS only go to this office.

My packaged literally back tracked 5 hours to this facility after taking 10 days to get to LA to St. Louis. and SITTING 6 days in ST. LOUIS.
