$12 to $15 per day. You can find discounts on the web. Some companies get Corporate discounts if you work for one of them. They also pick up and drop off at your car. Very convenient in the rain or bad weather.

Covered is about $3 a day more than uncovered and worth it this time of year. Discount for AAA members. Good idea to reserve a spot, especially during peak times like Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.

Depends if you get covered or not, I believes it $12/day uncovered $15/day for covered. You can find coupons online I think I paid $7/day for uncovered.
