I went to the shop for buying a bicycle. I found the staff hostile, uninterested to sell me a bicycle.

Yes they can fix your flat tire whether it be by patching it or replacing it with a better one. I took my bike for them to fix and they took a old woman's bike that I was no longer using as payment. They prefer to save women's bikes for the Youth. Great people real Pleasant conversationalist.
