Horrible job of enforcing keeping neighborhoods clean around empty houses. Worst one is at 108th street and 108th terrace, trash everywhere spilling into the road way. Been this way for a couple years. I've submitted complaints in the past about this address and nothing. Guess I'll submit to the city and see if they can get somewhere with enforcement.

I have been investing in Ruskin Heights for many years. With the help of the HOA, caring neighbors and investor capital, this area has seen a tremendous turn around. I’m grateful for neighbors like Sandy who look to improve the streets and keep the homes tidy. Great job!

Not exactly. What you can do is call the office make your payment via plastic and Sandy will email your receipt; or Mail in your payment via check/money order; or go into the office and pay anyway you want besides Micro-Currency.
