**DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR PASSPORT** If I could give 0 stars I would. I NEVER write reviews, but do not want someone to have the same experience. I was not told the correct information TWICE when submitting my passport that has cost me WEEKS. Shame on me for not double checking, but if that is someone's job..what to do.they should know. I submitted my application with more than enough time to receive it. I am now scrambling and expediting my passport with no guarantee that I will get it on time for my travel at the end of September for my 10 year anniversary and a friend's wedding.

I know people are understaffed in most establishments I completely understand and it is really unfortunate. But every single time I come in to drop off something or check my box there seems to be an issue. As others have noted in the reviews, there is usually only 1 person there and they always have an attitude. I don’t think I have ever left a negative review before so I hope people realize that this is not a very friendly and easy place to deal with anything mail related. I was receiving multiple peoples mail in my P.O. Box. When I went to return it at the counter, the lady had no response for me aside from “it is the carriers fault”. We receive a lot of mail through our P.O. Box and so I asked her if there is any chance of my mail going to someone else. She just said “nope it comes here”. That’s it. I just walked out. I know someone else is getting our packages and I have no faith in this office. I feel terrible for the others who’s mail ended up being in our box. What if it is extremely urgent or something someone’s been looking for? Losing mail is not a joke. If you care about your mail and privacy please be weary and try to find another location.

They are actually open until 2pm on Saturdays. The hours on here are incorrect. The clerk told me that 12-2 that day is the best time to come in if you want to avoid the lines!

Well Virgil Salcedo u won't have your question answered unless u go talk to Greg or the other post office workers clerks in person. Because unless any of us is a post office worker. No one on Google is going to be able to help u.

some lady that worked td i wanna change locations 400 dollar package and no one wants to help and be hateful thats fine but i will make sure we move just to change post offices because of such disrespect

Good question. I was there this morning and the hours are posted on a hard to find bulletin board on the inside of the building....not on the front door, weird.
They should have only taken the photocopies of the birth certificate, not the original certificate itself.
