The park gate only opens at 7am so it should be sufficiently light outside depending on the time of year. However, most of this trail is secluded and has little visibility or access to get in or out should you need. If in doubt bring a buddy. On the weekends there are plenty of runners and cyclists from sun up to sun down.
I guess it depends on how many nature trails you’ve been on. I love ❤️ walking 🚶♀️ trails by myself but company would be nice 👍 so u can experience wildlife and the trails with a friend or anyone u know.
