At 3am I was awakened by a grumbling sound and found that a water pipe burst in the ground. I call and spoke to the nicest woman. Who assured me someone would be there soon. By 7:30-8am there were Trucks in position ready to go. And at 9am the crew leaped into action. Dug, pumped and actually scooped with their hands to clear the path and be able to fix the issue by lunchtime . I’m sorry I missed them before the left I wanted to thank them personally

Appalling!! Why not be more professional with the service, they tell you that someone is going to help you in Spanish, they leave you waiting a long time and they don't solve anything 👎👎👎

Very unprofessional. I wish they would work on restoring hope in humanity and not the opposite. Their penalty policies should be updated and and employees should be trained for better customer service. Do better you know you can and choosing not to as a company is poor excuse for customers to forgive their mistakes and lack but nobody else’s. Maybe instead of a year penalty it’s 1 billing cycles the first time 3 the next time and so on and so forth. As a company you should extend the grace that you want from customers when your customer service reps make a mistake, when our waters are contaminated and things are miss handled and we have to have boil water in affect. We deal with those issues and offer forgiveness. You should be a company that does the same. Perfection does not exist but you can try to do better and love on the customers you do business for. Leaving a mark that for years will be talked about. When others complain about there water company we can defend ours and say not us they treat us better.
