Well it all depends what you had to be doing as a locker room attendant, just be happy u have a job and if all else fails you can always look for another. Most jobs today normally requires u to do a couple of things anyways.

If you cash a check knowing it's not the right amount old without a contract, it's your word against his unless you have something on recording or text but if you dont, just count your losses or grab a bat like Bruce Brown said lol make sure no ones looking. Jk

Tell them the reason why you got fired and ask the company if there was such thing as a policy to give you a copy of it with your signature on it otherwise you're good and safe and that's if they have a policy at the job because if they do they're required to let you know and of course ask you for a signature and if all else fails just get another job why go to unemployment. Unemployment just makes people lazy anyways and also it all depends how long you've been working for that company or workplace. Good luck
