I came to the 15015 Main St Ste 101 branch in Bellevue to do my wire transfer today. I am extremely angry with the service they provided. I waited for a good 25 mins until I get served when there is no customer around 10 mins in. No one told me how long I need to wait or check in with me. As a result, I approached one of the bankers to asked to be served. The whole visit took me a good 45 mins in 2:00pm during an absolute off-peak time.

Have been a customer since 1988. Took a check in today to be doposited to my account made out to myself and boyfriend. He had already endorsed it. They refused to deposit it. Would not speak to him on the phone or take a text of his ID. Feeling poorly about this bank today

This bank branch is just amazing. The people are professional while being outgoing and friendly. We just moved to the area and this was one of the first places we visited.
