Completely unacceptable service. Waited 30 minutes in line to learn they were unwilling to help. They turned away 2 other people while I was there. The line to be helped started at 4 or 5 people and grew to almost 14 before they helped a single person. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Have been with Bank of America since 2013 and have never been so disappointed. Went to this location to open a small business account and managed to get the account opened but no credit line was given. Their small business person, Joshua Keller, was never at the location and getting hold of him was super hard. I had to come in a second time after calling on the phone and trying to figure out what I need to do to get my credit line approved. I have a 800+ credit score and the issue they gave me was that I had too much credit with them already. Joshua called me once and said that he would get back to me within a week. 2 weeks later he called and said that he is still working on it and would update me a week later. It has been 2 months since and he has yet to call. I even sent him a follow up email asking what the update was on my situation and never got a response. Very disappointed with the service here and would not go back. I am even thinking of taking all my accounts to another bank just because of this experience. If you are a small business owner looking to open an account at Bank of America, do not waste your time here as you would be better off going to a different bank.

My experience here has been much different than from others. It has been great. The tellers are helpful, the manager of this branch is delightful and I think they do a good job for my needs. I have not experienced long wait times in person at all. I would give them a chance.
