Dirty, front doors were locked at 7pm on a Friday even though they claim the lobby is open for pickup, short staffed, no inventory management skills. The last time I went I saw that they were providing extremely delayed service to the point that I just left without placing an order because they had stopped taking any orders, everything was at a standstill. I don't know what they are doing wrong back there but I do know that I do not have all day and night to wait for them to resume taking orders for food and then have to wait eons to receive it. The time before last they had no tacos, as in they failed order any or enough and they didn't have any to sell. The time before that the tacos were burned. I'm tired them repeatedly wasting my time and gas. Never going back again. Save yourself some time, effort, and money and just don't bother with this location.

I had to toss out half of the food. They are using old fry grease which is turning the food dark. It's so gross! Are they trying to make people sick?

This is just straight disappointing that my jalapeno poppers were passed as okay to serve a customer. The other items were good but i feel like this portion was a waste of my money. (Photos awaiting approval i guess)

Service is very slow during non busy hours. I was the only one in the store and it took 13 min for a single burger. To make it even better I get back to work to find out they gave me the wrong burger. I was the only one there! I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger and I got something else. Facility is dirty and unkept.

I can assure you this location has gotten way way better and is not the worst location by far far far and away... Just as well I can without a doubt tell you cloverlief is not telling the truth because Carmen would never talk to a guest in such a manner.... Try again buddy... And Nikita you know that they do stop with your negativity its gotten old
