Really nice ambience. It’s more of Thai fusion than Thai itself. We got the green curry chicken, Thai mushroom, spring rolls and the eggplant curry with white rice. Delicious food, although green curry was slightly bland. Also got Thai iced tea and it was lovely. Nice spot to visit overall.

The restaurant is part of the Square by the side of the road. It's near the parking garage. Great ambience and good crowd as our only immediate option for party of 2 were the bar. It was a great decision because no one else were in tye bar and we dont even drink alcohol. We ordered sayur lodeh (as well as spring rolls and brown rice) after having missed Indonesia. The spring rolls were undesirable for 3/$9 and lack palatable flavor. The bsayur lodeh smelled and nearly tasted like sayir lodeh from indonesia with exceptions of ingredients put there. In particular this sayur lodeh has turmeric in it that it can be mistaken for gulai/gule. Counterpart to tye yellow broth od this food would be laksa. Was disappointed that they no longer put tofu puffs in it as according to its menu from a few years ago. Nonetheless, the taste was great. They did miss giving me rice cake (the menu says with rice cake) so one must prolly need to remind cook about the rice cake.

Came for a late dinner last night. Good food, professional waiter. The new menu has more vegetarian options, and I ordered the Mongolian noodles to try. This is my most positive dining experience in the last few years, as I had a chance to interact with the hostess named Nicole. She was incredibly nice, smart, honest, caring, friendly, authentic and hard working. We had several conversations when I was there. I felt lucky to have come at the right time, because she usually doesn't work on Saturdays, and I haven't been to any Wild Ginger for a while.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Sayur lodeh. Turmeric rice cakes mixed in the gravy were the star of the dish(you may not even notice the rice in the gravy). Turmeric is subtle yet so flavorful. Tofu puff with soft eggplant and crunchy cabbage was an joyful experience in terms of texture. Mild flavorful yet filling with rich coconut milk base. Quantity of rice as side is more than enough for lunch and dinner. Hot and aromatic jasmin tea on a cold evening just brings the warmth to the table.
