They offer top-quality Hunter Douglas products combined with very competent installation and after-sales services. Their product offerings, deep technical understanding of their products, combined with their high level of customer service and professionalism, make them one of the best (if not 'the' best) window treatment stores around. I used Blind Alley for motorized window treatments for my entire home - from initial contact, to the multiple design/selection sessions, to ordering, to installation they offered us a seamless and headache-free high-quality experience with prices that matched the competition. As we were in the midst of building a custom home and dealing with multiple vendors, we knew how rare this level of superior service was. They were prompt in their communications when COVID related delays occurred and promptly addressed a few issues we had post-installation. If you are shopping for window treatments, Blind Alley needs to be on your list and I wouldn't hesitate even once going with them.

Our house was built with oddly-sized windows, so I wasn't sure where to start with getting new blinds for the bedrooms. Blind Alley offered help but also let me wander around their store looking at samples and deciding what I wanted. The process of having someone come to my house for measurements and quote was painless, my custom order came in ahead of schedule, they took away the old, broken mini blinds during installation, and the finished product looks great. All for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
