I discovered that this place carries a lot more than batteries and bulbs! A few weeks ago, I needed a spare keyless fob for our new Toyota. Going to a dealer for this was extremely expensive and so I shopped around. I found out that this place could give me a new Toyota fob, programming and all, for a much lower price. And then today, I happened to need another spare key for my son's Honda and went back. They were able to cut a new key while I waited and I was a happy customer. Many thanks to Herman and Brian for their knowledge, expertise and all around great customer service in helping me out both times.

Last November I went to change battery of my Fab car key to factoria village. The young guy accidentally he broke it, the manger ordered a new one but the battery could work just 2 days. For months I suffered changing the battery, I decided to go talk to them again , I find new manager I explained to him my situation. He tried check the fab with the best battery nothing changed. He ordered , he called to update about the situation a new fab came he programmed . I m so thankful my problem got solved on 03/25/22 what really amazed me, his young manger, his is humber, a very good listener very respectful, i was so touched by his professional personality. I pray may God take you high in the future.

Consistently good experiences here - they've fixed two of our family's phones. They've done a great job and everyone who works there is very friendly at helpful. It's not particularly cheap, but not outrageously expensive either.
