Awesome experience, I was looking for a Denali on their website, Simon called me immediately with exactly what I was looking for, walked me thru everything including trade in and financing, working with me to make sure I was happy with everything along the way. I brought my trade in and picked up my Denali and the whole process was probably 45 min! Plus, Sasha in finance got me lower on the APR then I thought I would get. All I can say is wow, with Simon's upbeat personality, and just the positive feel of the dealership, I actually enjoyed buying this vehicle!! A fun experience to say the least! Absolutely an awesome car buying experience hands down. I was looking for a black Yukon Denali XL diesel and just by chance they had one en route. I was keep up to date on every detail. When it did arrive my amazing salesman Simon made everything happen like the clear 3m on the front, the northwest package (you want this protection package), also I made a request to have the front two windows tinted and I would pay for it, to my surprise Simon got it done with no charge, if that doesn't speak volumes about the care for their customers then I don't know what. I also had two trade in vehicles and Simon went the extra mile to get me the most money for them. In the first time of car buying history I had no negative amount I would have to roll over in the new car loan!! crazy right!. literally I was in the building for no more than 45 minutes which is unheard of, I'm use to spending 3-4 hours when buying a car, like bring snacks for the kids because its gonna be a long one. Not this time my finance guy was awesome and had all the paperwork ready to sign. We went over numbers everything was spot on I signed done. Simon had my vehicle delivered and two awesome gentlemen dropped off my new ride and drove my two trade ins back, considering I live in Olympia I was so thankful. I didn't have to coordinate trying to get two cars there. Over all I would recommend anyone looking to buy a GMC or Cadillac go to Buick GMC of Bellevue. Thanks again Simon!

Eric, service manager assigned to help me, was awesome. He met me right at the service garage and pretty much new immediately what was wrong. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He called me when he said he would to inform me of the latest status. My suburban was fixed on-time and fully washed. Chevrolet of Bellevue is a beautiful facility. The service staff is second to none. I highly recommend!!
