When our air conditioning stopped functioning during an extended heat wave, we assumed we would be lucky to schedule a service call within the week. MacFarlane Energy surpassed all expectations by calling first thing in the morning (I left a message with the answering service over the weekend) and scheduling a same-day appointment in which the mechanical problem was quickly resolved at a very reasonable cost. We have MacFarlane energy do an annual cleaning and tuneup of our furnace and air conditioner. During the most recent furnace tune up the technician found the furnace would start but not stay on. He diligently stuck with the problem for a couple of hours and figured out the issue. The system is working great. They do a great job and we are very happy with their work.
