Everyone working there today should be written up or fired. I was first in line and ordered an extreme sausage sandwich meal and i waited almost 10 minutes at the window for it. They moved very slow and looked like they were more concerned about a conversation than doing their job. Judging by all the other bad reviews the owner must not care. I suggest you sell to someone who does. I'll never go back there again.

the man at the window said take your time and order when youβre ready and came back 5 minutes later after saying hello once or twice. we had asked him a simple question and refused to answer so instead he just stayed silent. i mean it was 2:30 am but still at least a little effort would be nice π π

Would be nice if the menu boards matched up in the drive thru. You can decide what you want, but when you pull forward all the promotional stuff is gone. Sure, I wanted to order something different but if the guy taking the order doesn't know what I'm referring to... I'll have to pick something else on the fly. Not a fan.

Employeeβs always have attitude. I canβt ever order without feeling like Iβm rushed or disrespected. I ordered food many times here and they always seem to miss SOMETHING!!!! get better employees!!!!!

Please contact your local Jack in the Box restaurant manager to discuss potential opportunities to raise funds for a school or local charity.
As a former manager for them I can answer you..... where as I'm sure he would say yes,,,,,in all actuality NO..... staffing is always a problem to the point of they won't even allow for enough people to be staffed even if its a security issue, then when anything does go wrong they will blame it on the poor employees who they screwed over in the beginning. Don't be so hard on the staff, most are really trying to the best of their abilities, just understand that they have their hands tied and the corporate heads are the ones who tie them.
I did not see any.
