The owner seems to be sorry A LOT, wonder if this person actually takes pride in their establishment and is actively fixing the staffing issues.. doesn't seem like they are able to run this location properly, wouldn't waste time or money here.

As a former manager for them I can answer you..... where as I'm sure he would say yes,,,,,in all actuality NO..... staffing is always a problem to the point of they won't even allow for enough people to be staffed even if its a security issue, then when anything does go wrong they will blame it on the poor employees who they screwed over in the beginning. Don't be so hard on the staff, most are really trying to the best of their abilities, just understand that they have their hands tied and the corporate heads are the ones who tie them.
